Capital Command is in early, direct work with founding departments. This page describes what's actually true in the product today, not a roadmap or a set of aspirational claims.
Department data ownership and separation
A department owns the data it enters. A department's data is only ever visible to signed-in members of that department, enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.
Demo and sample data isolation
Sample and demo funding programs used for illustration and product demonstrations are excluded from real departments' funding matches by design. They never mix in with a real department's results.
Transparent AI use
Where Capital Command uses AI-assisted drafting, it works only from a department's own already-entered information. It never invents statistics, eligibility claims, or certifications, and every AI-drafted section is marked Suggested until a person reviews and approves it. Core funding calculations, eligibility checklists, and financial figures are deterministic and rule-based, not AI-generated.
No guaranteed outcomes
Capital Command surfaces potential and relevant funding opportunities. It does not guarantee eligibility, an award, or a funding outcome, and it does not guarantee an ISO/PPC classification change. Recommendations are clearly distinguished from verified, department-confirmed information.
Funding source attribution
Funding programs are shown with their source and verification status. Program terms, deadlines, and availability can change without notice from the funding source. Capital Command organizes what it knows, and department staff should confirm current details before relying on them.
