Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Capital Command (the “Service”), provided by Wood Capital LLC (“Capital Command,” “we,” or “us”), by the fire, EMS, or public safety organization that has agreed to use it (“Customer” or “you”).

Capital Command helps departments identify funding opportunities, organize department information, build multi-source funding strategies, and prepare funding requests and reports. Capital Command is a research and organizational tool, not a guarantee of funding, eligibility, or award outcome. Capital Command does not provide legal, financial, tax, or grant-writing advice, and no output from Capital Command should be treated as such without independent review by qualified personnel.

Customer owns the organizational data, documents, and materials it submits to Capital Command (“Customer Data”). Wood Capital LLC owns Capital Command's software, source code, architecture, workflows, and brand, subject to applicable third-party and open-source licenses. Reports, funding strategies, and other outputs generated from Customer Data are made available to Customer for its own use in pursuing funding and related activities.

Capital Command curates and organizes funding information but does not control the funding programs it describes. Program terms, deadlines, eligibility, and availability can change without notice from the funding source. Customer is responsible for confirming current program details with the official source before relying on them, particularly before a submission or funding decision.

Capital Command uses AI-assisted drafting in limited, clearly-labeled features — using only department-entered information already on file, always marked as AI-suggested and unverified until a person confirms it, and never used to determine regulatory compliance or eligibility. Core calculations (funding matching, financial figures, readiness checks) remain deterministic and rule-based, never AI-generated.
